Brief Answer:
Chronic sore throat

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to healthcare Magic and thanks for putting up the query
Recurrent episodes of sore throat in your child can be due to adenoids or it can be due to sinusitis as suggested by the X-ray report.
I would suggest you to get a CT Scan paranasal sinuses done to see the exact involvement of the sinuses and the size of the adenoids.
For now you can give the child a combination of levocetrizine and phenylephrine twice a day and xylometazoline nasal drops 3 times a day for 5 days.
This medicines will definitely help in symptomatic improvement but as per the reports and the complaints I think a surgery will be required.
I can say anything confirmed once I get to see the CT report.
Any further queries are always welcome.
All the medication I have prescribed will be available only on prescription.
Thanks and regards
