Detailed Answer:
Hi,

If you have only cold and head ache with out any rise in temperature. Then you can take TAB. SINAREST 1 tablet twice a day fir 3 days and TAB. EBAST DC 1 tablet twice a day fir 3 days.

Along with it have steam inhalation which will give you good relief.

If you notice any increase in temperature lasting for more than 3 days then you should consult the doctor.

Thanks for your reply doctor. Very often I was getting affected by cold,headache without rise in temperature during long stay in AC ,taking bath at cold water. Is there any medicine to improve by immunity to prevent from cold?

You can take VIT C tablets, But your cold is not related with your low immunity immunity. You might be suffering from sinusitis. Get an ENT check up done and rule out the possibility of sinusitis.
