Question: After 3 days of cold and running nose i.e. jukam i feel that cold & running nose is stopped but side effect dry cough is there, please suggest the correct line of treatment.

stop the medicine which you are taking for the cold.
I am revising the medicine for cough.
You may start with
1 XXXXXXX Bichorme 30 6 pills twice in a day
2 Justicia Adhatoda Q 10 drops with half cup of water twice in a day

This will help yo to remove the cough from lungs.
you may experience a increase in cough and you need to spit out. once cough is out from lungs you will be relaxed.
Take medicine for 7-10 days
