Detailed Answer:
Welcome back with a detailed follow up query and I appreciate you for the assistance in diagnosing the case. I assure you will soon be feeling alright once the infection is resolved.

It looks like to be Zoon balanitis (balanitis circumscripta plasmacellularis OR plasma cell balanitis). You have yellowish hue with pinpoint purpuric manifestation also called as "cayenne pepper" spotting.

Lowered immune system is one of the causes of this infectious disease. You need to improve diet too and add some immunity booster foods for that will help a lot.

Immunity boosters are:-
Red Bell Peppers
Broccoli
Garlic
Ginger
spinach
almonds
Yogurt
Cashew
Turmeric
Green Tea
berries
citrus fruits
kiwi
apples
red grapes XXXXXXX
onions
spinach
sweet potatoes
carrots
Old fashioned chicken soups
Shiitake Mushroom

These foods will help you get better even faster.

Medication Guide:-
Ibuprofen by mouth for pain. It will also help to reduce the inflammation and swelling on the glans.
Claritin by mouth in case of itching.
Tacrolimus topical ointment.
Hydrozole ointment.
Triple antibiotic ointment.
Apply all of these topicals on the penis head and foreskin. Do sitz bath for soothing relief. Keep the area clean and you will be better soon.
