Question: I had tooth 19, a lower molar removed 6 weeks ago, also had a bone graph at the same time for an implant, and am now experiencing chest pain, and shortness of breath. I completed my antibiotic/ ammoxicillin and felt fine until 3 weeks after the surgery. I also have allergy related asthma which only bothers me in the spring and fall.I also noticed sinus problems, and a small amount of blood when i blow my nose in the morning, past few days only. Can this be related to the surgery even though three weeks of feeling fine has passed?

Brief Answer:
Asthma, musculoskeletal, cardiac physician, ECG

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your query. I have gone through your query.

As far as the chest pain and shortness of breath can be secondary to asthma or musculoskeletal problem. The chances of developing chest pain after getting a tooth removed is very less. Nothing to be panic, consult a pulmonologist and cardiac physician and get it evaluated. Get an ECG and thread Mill test done to check the status of any cardiac problems.

I hope I have answered your query. if you have any queries reply me back.

Take care
