Brief Answer:
Acute Bronchitis

Detailed Answer:
Hi Mam,

I understand your query and concern.

You possibly seem to have Acute Bronchitis with Post nasal Drip.

This is quite commonly related to smoking.

The episodes will subside with time.

All you need is a short course of antibiotics like Tab Levofloxacin 400 mg q12hr for 3 days.

A saline gargle or Listerine mouthwash thrice a day is all enough.

This therapy will clear your symptoms to large extent.

An X ray chest will also help to assess the lung involvement if any.

Post your further queries if any,
Thank you.
