Suggest Treatment For Burning Sensation In Thighs

Question: "to be answered by dr XXXXXXX Abraham" hey doc haven't talked to you in awhile i hope all is well ive been doing ok i have still been going to rhe doc they have me on 50 mg of the anti depressant well actually 100mg cause 2 pills a day its has not been as bad but its still bad id it makes since i mean ive jusy have giving up lol i go to my regular doc Tuesday for reg blood work ima request to do sone more std tests like syphilis ive never been tested for that....idk i mean i still have the sensations n all that my thighs are always burning up i mean what the heck is wrong w me i mean something has to be going on im tired of going to the doctor

The burning that you have - is there absolutely no difference ?
I mean not even 10 - 20 % ?
That is not possible, really.
I mean the antidepressants should be working.

I've been on the ant depressants well over a month i mean there is a difference its has not bad as it was but its still there I did take the medicine a few weeks ago for the bacterial vaginitis i dont kno if thag helped in the difference or what not but im still taking the anti depressant but to me im just like there has to be something to make this go away i mean im continuing to go to the docter every month she was just we will keep uping the medicine my laser treatment is done its also crazy to like one day it can look red and rashy on the genital area n then the next day it can be gone its weird it has to be something ya kno even the nurse atvthe doctors waa like we need to get u fixed i was like i jusy came to conclusion ima be like this forever she was lole no and also even in the inside of of my thighs by the opening of vagina stays very warm hot moist feeling as well and really is not really like ita my genitals that are really hot n warm ita going from the opening of my vagina and the lips down in there

So the antidepressants have been making a difference.
Give yourself one more month to see if there is further improvement.
If you do not feel relieved by then , then you can consider other alternative modalities of treatment.

hey went to my doc appointment he took blood work for hiv 1 and hiv 2 testing im soooooooo scared with everything i have in me
