Suggest Treatment For Burning Sensation During Urination

Question: My wife Jainith Rathi XXXXXXX aged 33 years, have been suffering from frequent urination and burning sensation problem for over one month. Her problem gets worse in night to till morning. Morning to evening I feel alright. What should I do? Recently, I had laparoscopy for gallbladder removal due to gall stones.

I have enclosed my recent urine routine and microscopy and urine culture examination report for your kind perusal and further advice.

She needs to undergo urine routine and culture and sensitivity test.

Please attach reports if already done.

This sounds like urine infection.

Meanwhile get her fasting blood sugar levels tested. This could be diabetes also.

1) Complete Blood Count
2) Liver Function Test, Urine Test and Random Blood Sugar Test
3) Ultrasound Whole Abdomen.
4) Urine Routine and Culture recently done.

Hi,

There is infection as seen in urine culture report.
Please take tablet Taxim 200 mg twice daily for 7 days with prescription.
This should help curing it.
