Suggest Treatment For Bump Near Vagina Causing Irritation And Burning Sensation

Question: Hi, I shaved my bikini area on Friday and within an hour in cluster I developed bumps under the skin it is close to the opening of my vagina. I was sure it was razor burn because I did use an old razor. Now it's been 6 days and I am getting a little worried. It still burns when it gets irritated by clothing. It is about 9 bumps in a small cluster about two inches around. It is definitely not warts. I was worried about herpes but I have had the same partner for 3 years and neither of us have ever had a problem. It does not look like blisters or sores it looks more like an ingrown hair but in a cluster and a bit more irritated. Does anyone know what this could be or of any medications that could help it heal faster. I do not have any flu symptoms or a fever.
