I reviewed your history. I am not sure if you are looking for an online eye examination. If so, I don't think there are any such tests available to accurately diagnose the condition per se and treat it. The symptoms of blurred vision with glasses requires vision and refraction testing done at a recognized testing centre . This will be done by an optometrist. After this test depending on the results of the test you need to change the power of the glasses accordingly.

Since you are newly diagnosed with diabetes examination of the retina is also required as a screening test to rule out diabetic retinopathy. This also can be done by an optometrist or preferably by an ophthalmologist.

Hence I advice you to first consult your optometrist and later if required you can consult your ophthalmologist.
