Brief Answer:
Might be due to enteritis, symptomatic treatment

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome
I have gone through your query.
I would like to know few more information like since wh you are facing this problem? Is there any bulge near your anus?
Is there any alterations in bowel habit?
Constipated?
Is there any difficulty in passing stool?

In my clinic I would have asked you to go for stool routine examination and based on the report of the investigation, management would have been decided.

It might be due to enteritis, so presently I would have suggested you to avoid spicy food. Drink lot of water, eat food rich in fibres, add more vegetables to your diet and avoid meat for few days. Curd is beneficial, and you can take probiotics like sporolac or ecobion it will be beneficial.

Other possibility include piles and anal fissure ( less likely as you have not mentioned any difficulty in passing stool) but it requires an examination to confirm.

This provisional advice provided by me is based entirely on the input provided to me. I would suggest examination by the doctor.

I hope this suggestion might be of some help to you.
Take care.
