Brief Answer:
the use of an anti fungal would also help

Detailed Answer:
Hi, thanks for using healthcare magic

You may want to add an anti fungal cream to the neosporin which is anti bacterial.

Balanitis can have both a fungal and bacterial component.

Examples of anti fungal creams are miconazole, ketoconazole or econazole. Miconazole also comes in a powder format as well as zeasorb.

The anti fungal cream and the anti bacterial cream should not interact with each other.

A very mild or diluted anti septic solution or using an antiseptic soap would also aid healing.

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
