Brief Answer: Need some more details Detailed Answer: Hi, Thanks for your query. Did you similar pain in past ? Do you sit or stand for long hours ? Do you travel on bike ? Meanwhile do apply Volini Gel instead of the spray. Gel is much effective than the spray. Waiting for your response,
