Brief Answer:
These could be occurring due to depression

Detailed Answer:
Hello, Welcome to Health Care Magic

I can understand your concern. Your main issues are feeling low most of the times, restlessness, forgetfulness, poor attention, difficulty in listening others, difficulty in initiating a task etc. Based upon the symptoms you've mentioned in my opinion there are two possibilities-

One possible reason is Depressive disorder more specifically mild to moderate. Persistent, pervasive low mood, poor attention, restlessness might seen. Depression with anxiety results in such presentation.

Other possible reason is some attention deficit disorder. But this usually starts in earlier age and low mood is not seen normally. So in my opinion the possibility of Depression is more, though evaluation is needed.

One other possible reason is some dementia. Evaluation and MMSE (Mini Mental Status Examination) can help to rule out, but considering your symptoms possibility of depression is more.

Anxiety when occurs in a patient of depression results in poor attention, restlessness, poor focus etc symptoms. Individuals appear to not to listen others.

Medicines like SSRIs like Sertraline or Escitalopram can help to reduce your symptoms and help to improve your mood. Vitamin B12 and Omega-3-Fatty Acid supplements are also used for these symptoms. These drugs help to supplement actions of antidepressants.

Visit a psychiatrist for prescription.

Thanks, Hope this helps you, if you have more doubts you can ask again.
