These symptoms suggest anxiety
Hello, Welcome to Health Care Magic
I can understand your concern. Sudden onset symptoms like racing heart, dysfunctional sexual intercourse, poor concentration etc are due to anxiety. But anxiety symptoms don't usually cause development of rash. For that rash visit a skin specialist for help. Anxiety prior to intercourse is commonly seen in a lot of males. This might be causing premature ejaculation.
I would advise you to visit a psychiatrist for detailed evaluation and help. SSRIs are commonly used drugs for anxiety and these drugs can control your anxiety effectively. The drugs like Paroxetine, Escitalopram can be used. The drugs will help to delay ejaculation and will help in reducing anxiety due to intercourse. Visit a psychiatrist for detailed prescription.
Try to remain relaxed and eat healthy food. Breathing exercises, Progressive muscle relaxation exercises in evening will help you to beat anxiety. You can take help of YouTube for details of these relaxation exercise. Don't be stressed about anxiety, with medicines and relaxation therapy you will feel better.
