Question: HI Doctor,
My wife is 28 years old and im 33 years old. we are trying for a baby from 4 months. This is our 2nd year of marriage life. We didnt try for the first year and i was using condoms.From past 4 months we are having unprotected sex. We are trying it on the most fertile days as per the ovlation calculator. After having 2 days of unprotected sex, my wife complains of gudiness and bitterness at the bottom of her tongue. she has excess of bleaching after eating afternoon and night. we consulted a doctor and she told that she is animic and she gave protenix and iron tonic. she is using protenix daily but she is not dirinking iron tonic . she was eating two wheat rotis only daily at night. when ever she has this problem her menustral cycle does shift by few days . i thought it was celica disease (just my guess)and so she stopped eating wheat and wheat products completely.she had a bit of thyroid problem very marginal increase in thyroid levels by 0.85 out of range which she got tested 3 months back. After 2 days of intercorse she complains of excess of heat in her body and she has mouth ulcers. so she took vitamin b12 tablets.she has increased her weight by 2 kgs . she was 61kgs and now she is 63kgs and her height is 5feet 4 inches. please suggest me wat exatcly is the cause of the issue and remedy.
