This could be from otitis externa. That is an infection in the ear canal. That type of infection is usually treated with antibiotic ear drops.
It could also be from Otitis Media. That is a middle ear infection. The only way for that to cause drainage is if the tympanic membrane is ruptured. That would usually be quite painful and cause a hearing loss.
In either case you probably need treatment so I suggest that you see a doctor to get an exam, diagnosis and appropriate treatment
