Question: What is the best medicine to clean the intestines
I have lumpy and loose stool at the same time for three weeks now
I went to the hospital one year ago and they did many tests , however they found nothing wrong with me . I cleared up about a week later. I want to do a could cleanse and fast . Need to know a safe way to cleanse

I know of two natural ways of cleansing your gut and giving it some much needed rest. This type of cleansing has been practiced from ancient times in XXXXXXX and therefore it can be considered safe.

One way is to eat only fruits for atleast 1 day. This will provide the much needed fiber and antioxidants.

Second way is to eat fruit, milk, milk products, and flatbread or roti made of flour of buckwheat for atleast 1 day.

Avoid food made of grains, salt, sugar, oil. Can take fresh fruit juices.

During both types of cleansing, drink lots of water to flush out the toxins. The water should be clean with TDS less than 20 ppm.
If helps more of it is combined with some stress releasing practices like meditation, yoga, religious practices, or just reading positive attitude books.

There are laxative medicines like dulcolax or senokot. These are safe for single use. They will cause lose motions for 1 day and followed by constipation for 2-3 days and then normal motions will return. I dont think it is needed in your case.

If despite the cleansing, lose motions continue then please see your doctor to get stool and blood tests.
