Brief Answer:
Allergies are the most likely

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX Thanks for coming to HealthCareMagic. The symptoms you have mentioned make me believe that you are suffering from weather related allergies. This is pretty common nowadays thanks to the high humidity and pollution in the air.

The normal treatment to handle these issues is to try using Anihistamine medications. That's what I would suggest in your case. There are many to choose from. For now, as a test, I would recommend a patient such as yourself try 10mg of tablet Cetrizine before bed. Cetrizine is a well known antihistamine and works very well. Unfortunately it has an annoying side effect of causing drowsiness. That's why i suggest that you take it before bed. It should give you 12hours of coverage and help bring down the symptoms. Try it for a week, if it works, we can put you on better meds that don't make you drowsy ( i don't want to try them first as cetrizine has a more predictable effect, i will be sure of the results).

Let me know what you think, I look forward to your reply,

Vinay
