Brief Answer:
Urticaria

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Welcome to HCM. From the symptoms you have mentioned, it looks like that you may be suffering from Urticaria.

It usually starts suddenly and may be triggered by various factors like drugs, infections, environmental factor, cold, stress and many more.

It is difficult to find the exact cause. But try to correlate its start with the causes and avoid the triggers.

Don't use steroids without consulting the doctor, but when allergy appears you can take Teczine.

Blood test usually come out to be irrelevant in this case and there is only allergy testing for this.
Like if a specific food is the suspected trigger, your doctor may do a skin-prick test or a blood test to confirm the diagnosis; once the trigger is identified, you’ll likely be advised to avoid that food and products made from it. In rare instances, the doctor may recommend an oral food challenge - a carefully monitored test in which you’ll eat a measured amount of the suspected trigger to see if hives develop. If a medication is suspected as the trigger, your doctor can conduct similar tests, and a cautious drug challenge - similar to an oral food challenge, but with medications - may also be needed to confirm the diagnosis. Because of the possibility of anaphylaxis, a life-threatening allergic reaction, these challenge tests should be done only under strict medical supervision, with emergency medication and equipment at hand.
