Question: Hi my name is XXXX my niece started this condition at 10 am this morning is very responsive does not look or act sick just skin condition.

3 year old Female infant

Thanks for posting in health care magic,

the pictures that you have sent match with Acute urticaria. This is a bit itchy allergic reaction to any new kind of agents that the child has been exposed recently like food, new environment, ornaments or clothes even of mother, cosmetics etc.

The only danger associated is respiratory distress which can occur in 30% cases. It is good that you have taken her to ER

Try to avoid the inciting agents. Give Syr Cetzine 5 ml once daily for 10 days . It will take 5-7 days to resolve.
