Brief Answer:
Acne

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Welcome to healthcare magic,
Saw the photograph you posted. You are suffering from Acne vulgaris. You have a lot of pus filled infected lesions along with black heads and white heads. Such infected lesions are an indication for oral antibiotics.
I usually treat such cases with Tablet Azithromycin 500 mg once daily , half an hour before food on 3 consecutive days of a week, for eg: Saturday, Sunday, Monday. Repeat the same on next Saturday, Sunday and Monday. You might have to take this for 2 to 3 months. Epiduo gel containing 0.1% Adapalene and 2.5% Benzoyl peroxide can be applied over pimple prone areas in the evening and left for 2 hours following which wash it off. Kindly get these prescribed by your doctor. You may continue the face wash you are using.
Diet is important in pimples. Avoid milk and milk products like cheese, chocolates, pizzas, ice cream, avoid very sugary and sweet food. Do not apply any creams or oils on the face.
Hope this helped,
Take care.
