Suggest Treatment For Acne On Body

Question: From past 2 days i am observing water filled acne over my body in different parts. Initially i noticed it on my head skin and then on my stomach followed by back and now on hand. Its even there in pelvic region near join on the thighs.

Yesterday i mistakenly popped 2 of them on stomach and water came out and it was burning for some time.

I am attaching pictures of those from my hand. I am worried if its contagious as i have 3 year old daughter at home

Please let me the reason for these popping up now and what is the possible cause of them. what is the immediate treatment which can be done to restriction them from spreading

Are these fluid filled blisters? Yes they appears to be blisters only with water like fluid

Are you having fever, sore throat, cough or eye congestion ? No i am not having fever or sore throat, cough or eye congestion.

Detailed Answer:
It still seems like chicken pox.
Yes it's contagious till the time all these blisters dry up and scab falls off.
You need to stay away from your daughter as you are infectious.
In such cases I recommend my patients to take tablet valciclovir 1 gram thrice daily for 7 days and apply calamine lotion on the affected areas twice daily till the time the lesions dry up.
Besides this I recommend them to not scratch or rub the lesions as it can leave marks and scars.
In case of irritation or itching take antihistaminic like tablet levocetrizine 5 mg once or twice a daily depending on the intensity of itching.
These are prescription drugs and you need to see the doctor in person to get them.
