Brief Answer:
acne and treatment

Detailed Answer:
Hello. Welcome to Healthcaremagic.com.
I have read your query.
I understand your concern.
As you told, your doctor has already given you a very good prescription for acne vulgaris.
Doxy tablet containing doxycycline should preferably be taken in night time after food.
Retino creamis advised to apply only over lesions strictly in night time. It should be applied in a very small amount precisely over pimples and marks.
Sebonac gel you may apply anytime that too over pimples in small quantity.
You should wash the face with water and facewash two times a day.
Retino will take care of both pimples as well as of marks.
You should regularly take the medications under supervision of your Dermatologist.
In 3-4 months of proper treatment usually acne settle down.
I hope it helps.
Stay healthy.

Brief Answer:
acne and management

Detailed Answer:
Hello.

The treatment plan depends on individual response. This is the best possible initial treatment plan as suggested by your Dermatologist. Periodically assessment is done by doctor to look for the effect of medicines on a particular disease.

Most of the times, doxy and mentioned medicines suffice. But in non responding cases, consideration is given to start alternatives like oral retinoids.
So you need to start the treatment and visit your doctor regularly for proper treatment.

There are other depigmenting creams fpr marks like Glycolic acid, kojic acid, azelaic acid .
Another option is chemical peels meant for pimples and marks.
These are medicines in concentrated lotion formulations done by an expert dermatologist.
Doxy may cause nausea, vomiting, photosentivity. So it is preferably taken in night time.

You can share my opinion with your doctor.
Thanks
