So you need to start the treatment and visit your doctor regularly for proper treatment.
There are other depigmenting creams fpr marks like Glycolic acid, kojic acid, azelaic acid .
Another option is chemical peels meant for pimples and marks.

Doxy may cause nausea, vomiting, photosentivity. So it is preferably taken in night time.
