Suggest Treatment For Acid Reflux, Chills, Uncontrollable Shaking, Throat Pain And Heavy Breathing

Question: Last night I developed harsh acid reflux for the 3 RD time although the time between has been long. I had eaten a mild meal - chicken XXXXXXX pasta. I took some soda powder with water which initially relieved the pain in my throat. I then became nasuas and thew up 4 times. Immediately after I developed extreme chills, uncontrollable shaking and heavy breathing, I thought I may have been going in to shock. It subsided in 30-45 minutes and I was able to go to sleep, But I could barely get out of bed this morning and was in bed until 10:30. It was a bazar combination of symptoms and I cannot imagine what caused it all. I almost went to the hospital. Any thoughts?

Superficially it looks like bad gastritis

Detailed Answer:
Superficially it looks like bad gastritis and explains all symptoms But considering your age revvirent symptoms and severity of symptoms one need to rule out cardiac cause as reason for your symptoms. So have basic workup dobe that should include ECG Echo and if warnted after ecg a Tread Mill Test or enzymes. if every things turns out normal you just need to intensify your acid treatment and keep watch and avoid food that creats problem.
