Brief Answer:
Your husband is keeping near normal health, no action required

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX
Thanks for writing in to us.

I have read through your query in detail.
Please find my observations below.

1. The lipid profile shows LDL in upper range of normal level. This is not a serious concern.

2. The HDL level is borderline low and is acceptable.

3. Thyroid function tests free T3, T4 and TSH are normal.

4. From the above test results, your husband seems to be keeping normal health.

5. He can start taking a balanced diet of 2200 kcal daily including good sources of vitamins and mineral. You can use olive oil for cooking at home and this is healthy for the heart.

Doing 30 minutes of exercise and yoga on alternate days will also help in keeping the body and mind healthy.

Hope this answers your question. Please feel free to correct any oversight in my interpretation of your problems and discuss them in detail as per your requirements.

Hope your query is answered.
Do write back if you have any doubts.

Regards,
Dr.Vivek
