Brief Answer:
vesicular eczema,cold compression,fucibet cream

Detailed Answer:
Hi,thanks for writing to health care magic.I can understand your concern.

Itchy blisters with clear oozing fluid probably suggest vesicular eczema.

It can occur secondary to some infections, dry skin etc.Scratching leads to rupture of blisters and spread of lesions.

I will advise you to avoid scratching as far as possible.Soaking feet in cold water or applying a napkin wrapped in cold water along with anti histamines like cetrizine will help in reducing itching. Do not try to rupture blister as far as possible.

Application of more potent cream like fucibet will be helpful instead of cortisone

I hope this will help you.In case of any concern i will be happy to help you.Thanks.
