Is the clavicular fracture accompanied with shoulder fracture?
How did the fall occur-with history of first bone impact, the mode of falling-on front/on side ? etc
Are there any pains behind breast indicating fracture ribs beneath?
Update if you are on any blood thinners for the old/existing DVT legs or for any other related illness?

Dear,unless it is confirmed about the above factors it would not be easy to comment on the breast hematoma from shoulder fracture,as no physical check up information is there with Me and also no picture of the affected part with front and side view is there to comment on the possibilities as asked in your question.

In the given scenario, My opinion is as follows
Dear,the breast hematoma is not common occurence merely because of shoulder fracture.
But the simultaneous clavicular fracture / and or accompanied rib fractures would cause breast Contusions with hematom.
Dear, this would need more physical examination from your attending doctor,which you need to Consults.

Other causes for your age needs to be ruled out, after Consults with Surgeon and with Chest Surgeon to assess the physical damage on lines suggested.

Next appointment-
Any time 24x 7 in emergency calls/ or after 1 week, by which time your evaluation would be complete, so as to plan further care in your case.
