Nasal allergy... Acid reflux...

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thanks for posting the query

After going through the history I do feel you could be suffering from nasal allergy and acid reflux disease.

Nasal allergy can cause recurrent cold and nasal block. While reflux of acid contents from the stomach into the throat can cause recurrent sore throat.

My suggestions to you are:
1. Drink plenty of warm water.
2. Do steam inhalation 2-3 times a day.
3. Try using saline nasal spray. This will decongest the nose and help in breathing easily.
4. Try taking proton pump inhibitors, this will reduce the acid reflux as well as sore throat.
5. If the symptoms does not improve with the above measures, please consult your doctor for a complete evaluation.

Hope I have answered your query; I'll be available for the follow up queries.
