Brief Answer:
A photo of skin eruptions is needed;go to ER if symptoms get worse...

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I understand your concerns.

You can send a picture of the skin eruptions including those in your vagina, so I can give a more specific opinion.

If I was your caring doctor would rule out genital herpes. For this, I need to know if you have a previous history of unprotected sex or using utensils of other that might be infected?
If you have not seen a doctor yet, and notice that the symptoms are aggravating instead of improving, should go to ER as might need immediate evaluation and treatment.

With regards to treatment, prednisone (injections) are good choice for a few days followed by oral prednisones as per prescription.
I also advise to take anti-histaminic medications orally and apply cortisonic cream locally too.

Looking forward to have the requested photo in!
