Posted on Mon, 6 Nov 2017
Question: I have had what seems to be what is now sjogrens disease possibly since I was 15. it just wasn't anything noticeable until now. I had all kinds of twitching and weird unexplained spinal sensation as well as burning in my legs. My stomach and bowels have stopped working. I've lost weight. and even my testicles have stopped working. I feel like my prognosis is terrible. I have very many what seems to be autonomic problems too. can these serious symptoms be treated and what should I do next? should I go to the ER or should I even see a doctor?

I do not know what the ana and ana are. the blood test and urine are at the lab for the most recent results. the schirmers has not been ran yet. I have dry eyes, mouth, and nose. I have burning and sensations through my spine, abdomen, head, and groin. I have what seems to be autonomic problems. Bowels are not working without meds, urination isn't normal, and my testicles do not seem to be producing anything. my chest is tight making it difficult to breathe. I'm having twitching or tremors through my body. I'm not sweating like normal, it seems to be just oily. I'm very concerned and I feel like I'm terminal.

Dear Sir,

ANA and ENA testing are the special test for sjogrens syndrome. Their positivity will establish the diagnosis. Because dry eyes and mouth can be because of lot of reasons out of which sjogrens is a rare diagnosis. So, please talk to your treating doctor regarding these tests and get them done.
