Brief Answer:
The skin lesions are due to viral infection mostly
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, thanks for your question on HCM.
Viral infection can cause chills without fever (high body temperature) and skin lesions like rashes , boils etc.
And they are common in hands, feet and face.
So your skin lesions on face are mostly due to viral infection.
Tell me , since how many days you are having all these?
Are you on any medications other than PPI?
Please reply me answers of above asked questions, so that I can guide you better.
As drugs can also cause skin lesions.
I will be happy to help you further.
Wish you good health.
Thanks.

If you are having all these since 2 months, then it is less likely due to viral infection.
Vitamin deficiencies are common cause for skin lesions.
I want to know few more things.

Brief Answer:
Stress is the risk factor for GERD.
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, thanks for your follow up question on HCM.
No need to take so much stress for GERD. Actually stress is the biggest risk factor for GERD. And chills are also due to stress. So no need to worry at all for GERD. Just relax and be calm. Avoid stress for these things. You will be alright if you avoid stress. Try breathing techniques like anulom-vilom, etc
Have you consulted psychiatrist for stress?
I will be happy to help you further.
Wish you good health.
Thanks.

Believe me, you will definitely improve and your life will be wonderful.
I am not joking. I was also going through same stress and psychiatrist consultation creat wonders in my life.
