Question: Dear sir my uncle has some 90%blockage and suggested a heart surgery can you please suggest if we can cure it without surgery.

Any block in artery above 70% should be treated either by angioplasty or bypass surgery.blocks less than 70% can me managed with optimum medications .The risk of total blockage of the artery above 70% leading to heart attack or stroke is very high inspite of proper medicines .so intervention is must
I need to know exact angio picture to decide whether angioplasty or surgery should be our decision .
