Brief Answer:
Need psychological support...

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I have gone through the history of your mother carefully and understood your concerns.

I congratulate you for the support and care you are providing to her. I understand that you are going through a stressful situation. To my opinion, it has come to a point that you cannot do anything alone. So, both of you need to get professional support by a psychologist.

I understand your worries not to let her alone, however, you should take care of your daily activities: work, home stuff, friends, etc. So, you can hire someone to take care of her while you are not in.

You can also ask other close relatives to be with her when you should work outside work. In this way, both of you won't be depressed.

There is not enough medical treatment for dementia; while controlling her diabetes and high blood pressure can help prevent further complications or worsening the symptoms. That's why her neurologist has asked to take good control of her diabetes.

Once again psychological support is very helpful for both of you!
