Brief Answer:
ACTH level, prolactin level, TSH , FSH, LH, growth hormone

Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

The pituitary gland is divided into two parts (1)anterior pituitary at the front and the (2) posterior pituitary at the back

The anterior/front part produces 5 hormones. The posterior part receives hormones from another part of the brain and then releases them.

The hormones released by the anterior pituitary include: (1) ACTH (causes the release of cortisol (type of steroid)
(2)prolactin
(3)TSH (causes the thyroid gland to release thyroid hormone)
(4)growth hormone
(5)FSH and LH- hormones in reproductive health

Problems with the pituitary can affect the levels of one or more of these hormones. Unless you have symptoms related to one of the hormones specifically then you may need to check all of these levels.

To find out would need to do tests to check the levels of these hormones: (1)ACTH stimulation test
(2)prolactin levels
(3)TSH and thyroxine (thyroid hormone level)
(4)FSH and LH levels
(5)growth hormone stimulatory testing/provocation test

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
