Brief Answer:
Medicines prescribed are recommended for your symptoms

Detailed Answer:
Hi xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx,
Thanks for writing in to us.

I have read through your query in detail.
Please find my observations below.

1. The medicine Colospa retards 200 contains mebeverine hydrochloride 200 mg which is a anti spasmodic. It will help relax the muscles of the large bowel and stop the feeling of passing motion frequently.

2. The medicine Sompraz L contains esomeprazole (EC) 40 mg, levosulpiride (SR) 75 mg. This is given for gastritis and bowel dysmotility problems.

3. The above medicines are recommended to control the symptoms which you are having. Please try and have a relaxed mind and also avoid anxiety. Eat foods which will not cause bowel irritation and drink adequate amount of water. Please try to remove the thought from mind that stools will happen when you try to pass urine.

Hope your query is answered.
Please do write back if you have any doubts.

Hi xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx,
Thanks for writing back with an update.

1. Please take the medicine on time and for recommended duration.
