Brief Answer:
Hb estimation, tablet paracetamol,

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome.
I have gone through your query.

I think you are having a benign fasciculation. Here muscles undergo recurrent contraction and relaxation. It can affect any part of the body and is caused by unknown factors.

For headache and dizziness, in my clinic I would have done a thorough general physical examination, and would have checked your blood pressure. Also I would recommend investigations like HB estimation to rule out anaemia which may present with similar symptoms.

To address the headache, presently I would suggest you to take analgesic tablet like paracetamol or diclofenac. With these measures your symptoms should reduce.

This provisional advice provided by me is based entirely on the input provided to me. I would suggest examination by the doctor.

I hope this suggestion might be of some help to you.
Take care.
