Brief Answer:
possible uroinfection

Detailed Answer:
Hi and welcome. These symptoms can be caused by kidney stones or by uroinfection and kidney infection. At this point you should drink plenty of fluids, raspberry tea and avoid cold environment. Also, take spasmolytic medicines and nonsteroid painkillers. If there is no improvement in 24 hours, you need to do urine analysis and urinoculture and start antibiotic treatment if necessary.
Wish you good health. Regards
