Suggest Remedy For Severe Elbow Pain

Question: Since saturday I have had mild to severe pain in my right elbow and just above it The elbow is swollen and painful to the touch. mostly on the outer side. Ice dosn,t help much and I have much pain when straightening out the arm. I have not injured the elbow . To months ago I had shoulder surgery on my left shoulder. It is painful up to about an inch above the right elbow. Aspirin and tylenol don-t help

Can you please attach a photo of this elbow? Otherwise it will be very hard to give valuable answer.
Swollen and painful elbow is usually caused by an inflammation. If its an outer part, there might be fluid collection which needs to be drained. This fluid should be checked for possible bacteria presence. If positive, antibiotic should be given.
You should also start intense treatment including antiinflammatory medicines (Diclophenac), temporal immobilization of the elbow, lukewarm compresses. Such treatment should last at least a week.

This is the best I can tell not being able to see it.
