Brief Answer:
Please, upload a better image!

Detailed Answer:
HI and thank you so much for this query.

I am so sorry to hear about these bumps that you have reported. Unfortunately, the image quality doesn't permit a vivid inspection and interpretation. I will suggest that you upload another image for me to be able to do so. In the main time, these symptoms are suggestive of a response to irritation. They are not typical of any known STD and I will opt to observe only at this time. With a better image, am sure to provide more definitive answers and recommendations on how to deal with this.

I hope this helps. .I wish you well. Thanks for using our services and do feel free to ask for more information if need be as well as uploading another image.

Brief Answer:
Looks like soft tissue infection!

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you so much for this follow up pictures.

At this time, this is suggestive of a soft tissue infection. This is not suggestive of any form of STD. For now, I recommend cleansing with an antiseptic such as iodine or dermobacter. Keep the genitals, clean airy and dry so as to facilitate healing. Cleansing with an antiseptic solution will also help prevent spread to neighboring organs.

I hope this helps. Keep me update. Until then, I wish you well.

Hi Doctor,

Thanks for the reply. I am quite relieved now. May i ask you one more thing as i have bought an ointment known as betadine to apply there. How long it may take to heal this problem? Is it a long standing or short period only? And why the burning feeling happening after the urination?

Looking forward to your advice...

Thanks,
doctor

Brief Answer:
Betadine is Iodine..THat's fine!

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you so much for this query.

I am so sorry to hear about this burning feeling. If you were diagnosed as prediabetic earlier, I Will suggest that you get a fasting blood sugar and report the value to me for interpretation and more insights.

THis rash should show significant regression within a week after using betadine. If this fails, then I will recommend that you get it examined by a dermatologist. Keep me posted about this.

I hope to hear back from you on what your actions and thoughts are at this time.
