Low-grade fever is a common symptom in patients with chronic fatigue syndrome. It is important to know since when you have noticed this symptom and if you frequently felt tired and in fatigue. This condition of low fever has been attributed to psychological factors including stress. The role of stress in all forms has clinically been found to be the precipitating factor in many patients.

On the treatment side, a chronic low grade fever does not require any form of treatment. Symptomatic treatment is to be taken when your sinuses get blocked or you have an infection.

I have had major oral surgery ever since I had fever on and of 100 OR BIT LESS FOR ABOUT A YEAR

A major oral surgery needs to be followed up with the surgeon. There is a possibility of infections involving the oral cavity extending in to the sinuses and cause low grade fever. Rarely there can be an infection in the brain that has evolved from the sinuses and can also cause the low grade fever. Please have yourself clinically examined and also report any headaches or symptoms like dizziness should you have any.
