Brief Answer:
Unlikely to be fibromyalgia

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Thanks for the query

Fibromyalgia is a diagnosis of exclusion. Which means that one should come to a diagnosis of fibromyalgia once nothing is found.
Usually patients with fibromyalgia have muscle pain as well and they tend to be dull and depressed. Headache is not a part of the diagnosis of fibromyalgia and it might be migraine which is causing constant headaches. Furthermore at your age osteoarthritis could be a possibility for pain of the joints.

I suggest you to meet your GP for a thorough examination and treatment.

I hope I was of help, if you have any further queries please get back to me
