Brief Answer:
more details regarding the pain are needed.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Welcome to Healthcare Magic,

I had gone through your query.

There are many possible causes for a pain in the right upper quadrant of abdomen including :
-Stomach issues (peptic ulcer,gastritis)
-Gallbladder stones
-Liver condition
-muscular cramps
-constipation

It is difficult to say something more without have some information regarding :
-How long have you had this pain?
-Is the pain related to food and meals?
-Irradiates the pain in other areas?
-What relives or makes worse the pain?

If this has been going on for a while ,you may need to consult your physician.
A detailed medical history and physical examination are necessary to understand the possible cause.
You may need to run an abdominal ultrasound and liver function tests.

Kind regards,
Dr.Rovena Murati
