Suggest Remedy For Hard Spots On The Heels

Question: Dear Doctor,

My wife aged 34 has hard spots in the feet at both the heal and portion little below the toe.
It pains while walking.
Can you please suggest how to resolve this?

As per the area of involvement and the related symptoms it appears to be simple corn or callocities. The other possibility is of planter warts which is a viral infection over the planter area.
