Suggest remedy for eye floaters
welder's sunglasses, underneath my autodarkening helmet. One time, I saw a few mild green
spots after welding but these went away. Now, after driving all day for a couple days in a
row, with my transition lenses, I see annoying halo of flashing red light around details or words in
my reading, in my center of vision all the time. What is this? Will it go away over time?
Thanks for sending your query to us.
Welding with UV emission leads to surface epithelial defects. The red or coloured halos you are seeing are independent of your welding activities.

Since you have had a complete eye examination and the doctor did not find anything significant and also you are improving, there does not seem to be any cause of worry. It will be advisable to have a look at your " Amsler chart test" which you can download from internet also.
It will be good to continue with a healthy lifestyle, eat a balanced diet, supplement with anti oxidents, rest and exercise will be welcome.
