Suggest Remedy For Eye Floaters
Question: I have welded, not very often, during the last few months. I wore UV sunglasses under green
welder's sunglasses, underneath my autodarkening helmet. One time, I saw a few mild green
spots after welding but these went away. Now, after driving all day for a couple days in a
row, with my transition lenses, I see annoying halo of flashing red light around details or words in
my reading, in my center of vision all the time. What is this? Will it go away over time?

Welding with UV emission leads to surface epithelial defects.The red or coloured halos you are seeing are independent of your welding activities.
We have to keep you under watch and rule out glaucoma. If you have not had detailed eye check up recently then this is the time this is the time to have eye checkup to rule out early glaucoma.Hopefully you will be fine so that will be a baseline for future checkup.Even if your complaints do not piont to glaucoma but we have to keep our level of suspecion high.

It will be good to continue with a healthy lifestyle,eat a balanced diet,supplement with anti oxidents,rest and exercise will be welcome.
