Suggest Remedy For Dull Ache On The Testicles

Question: For the last 2 weeks my fiancé has been having a dull ache in his right testicle. He had an ultrasound done and confirmed he has vericocles in the right testicle.he refuses to have intercourse because he says it feels weird.is thee anything that could help to make it feel better? He goes to a urologist on Monday. What can we expect? How long until it will be fixed and he won't have discomfort? His blood work that he had done came back normal and the ultrasound he had done was being sent to the urologist. We have also been trying to conceive for 5 months. Any information is greatly appreciated.

Thanks for your query.
The dull ache may be due to varicocele in the right side of the scrotum as may also be the reason for not having pregnancy during the last 5 months.
Varicocele is known to reduce the sperm count.

The the dull ache is due to varicocele and the sperm count is less, he will need to to undergo surgery for correction.

May I please know the Ultrasonography and color doppler report and the report of Semen Analysis.
