Brief Answer:
Single isolated episode there is no cause for concern

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to Healthcaremagic
Greetings of the day
Dear Ms

If this is single isolated episode of vomiting following feeds then there is no cause for concern. Infants sometimes do vomit , in the absence of any other symptoms its unlikely to be something serious.

I would suggest you the following

1. With held /Omit one feed

2. After that normal feed can be continued

3. Burp well after feed : Inadequate burping or keeping the baby in supine position is one of the commonest cause for vomiting

4. Breastfeeding can be continued if the baby is also on it.

Do get back to me if you need any further assistance, will be glad to assist you.

Take care
