Brief Answer:
May or may not take M2 tone.

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX and welcome,

I see that you have PCO and are on metformin and m2 tone. You seem to have received siphene and HCG.

The main issue with PCO is problems in ovulation. As there is no ovulation the female egg is not released and so is not available for fertilisation and pregnancy.

However since it is three years, I recommend that you please see an infertility specialist and get evaluated completely. Get an ovulation study done to check for ovulation, a husbands semen analysis is must as there may be a male component [ seen in 30% cases], blocked tubes, infections of cervix, or improper uterine lining or diseases of uterine lining are all responsible for this.

If all is well, then I recommend that you take siphene, do an ovulation study in the same cycle, take HCG to achieve ovulation and get an Intrauterine insemination done [ IUI], take duphaston and wait for the result. If siphene does not achieve ovulation then drugs like HMG etc may be used as per case[ let your doctor decide].

In addition, destressing, regular exercise [ must cause sweating, walking is not enough in most cases], no sugar diet that is properly balanced [ better see a dietician to device one for you considering your requirements] help restore well being and trigger ovulation.

With this you should be OK. Please do not get stressed. These are extremely common issues now and you just need a good specialist to help you.

I am not sure about M2 tone as it is an ayurvedic preparation. So we do not have any research that helps to guide you. My clinical experience says that it does help in very early cases of PCO but I not sure about its role in achieving pregnancy alone on its own.

Hope this satisfies your query.
