Suggest Treatment For PCOD And Hypothyroidism

Question: Hi doctor,

I am 30 F, trying for pregnancy. I have pcod and hypothyroidism. My periods are irregular and it get delays everytime. I have spotting also without periods. Now my last spotting was on august 4th which lasts till august 15th august.i consulted a doctor and he gave me goecyst and folera md. I am on medication but this month i still didnt get my period.pls suggest.i am worried. Does these medications delay period?

Thanks Dr. Actually i have done pregnancy test and its negetive. And why instead of periods i am having spotting. Pls suggest what to do to regularise my periods? i am also taking thyrox 25
