Brief Answer:
Trim underarm hair; aluminium chloride hexahydrate lotion once daily

Detailed Answer:
Hello. Thank you for writing to us

I have gone through your query and I have understood it.

Human sweat is without odor. Odor in sweat arises from bacterial action. Sweat odor can be bothersome for those individuals who sweat a lot from underarms particularly in hot and humid weather conditions of summers.

Measures to reduce body odor target to reduce both bacterial population and reduce sweat production from underarms.

Apart from bathing twice daily with an antibacterial soap I suggest you to apply aluminium chloride hexahydrate 20% lotion i.e drysol or aldry lotion once daily at night. Aluminium chloride hexahydrate reduces underarm sweating.

You may also either trim or shave underarm to prevents accumulation of sweat and thus reduces underarm odor.

Brief Answer:
Aluminium chloride hexahydrate lotion and antibacterial soap

Detailed Answer:
Hi.

Aluminium chloride hexahydrate 20% is available commercially by the name of Aldry lotion Or Drysol lotion Or Noswet roll-on /lotion. You can use either one of them once daily at night.
These are prescription products and must be used under supervision of a dermatologist and I suggest that you also consult a dermatologist in your region regarding the same.
Antibacterial soaps like Cetrilak soap (Marketed by menarini pharma) Or Soapex Soap (marketed by galderma pharma) can be tried.
